How can I order an exhaust?
Orders can be placed in several ways:

What is the 2-stroke exhaust made of?
The complete exhaust for 2-stroke motorcycles is made up of an expansion chamber, also called a belly or lung, and a silencer.
The expansion varies from model to model. The silencers are of different types, they vary in color materials and type of use.
What silencers do you produce for 2 strokes?
ENTRY LEVEL 2T: Aluminium with carbon look end cap.
MIDDLE LEVEL: Colored body with carbon look bottom.
TOP LEVEL: Carbon with carbon polygonal end cap.
What kind of expansion do you produce for 2 stroke?
Completely hand welded.
Is it possible to buy just the silencer or just the expansion for the 2 stroke?
The Scalvini Racing expansion is compatible with the original silencer and the Scalvini Racing silencer is compatible with the original expansion so you can order only the silencer or only the expansion for your 2-stroke motorcycle.
We always recommend purchasing the complete package which is studied and
developed specifically for each motorcycle.
What is the 4-stroke exhaust made of?
The exhaust of 4-stroke motorcycles is made up of a manifold + silencer.
Is it possible to buy only the silencer for the 4 stroke?
For 4-stroke engines we only sell complete exhausts as the product only works optimally in this way.
What silencers do you produce for 4 strokes?
ENTRY LEVEL: Stainless steel manifold and black aluminum silencer, stainless steel end cap.
MIDDLE LEVEL: Stainless steel manifold, colored silencer with stainless steel end cap.
TOP LEVEL: Stainless steel manifold, black or colored silencer with carbon end cap.
Are Sport Production exhausts approved for road use?
SP exhausts are racing exhausts and are not approved for road use.
They are designed for the track where the Sport Production 125 2T bikes are involved in the various national championships.
Are Enduro Cross and Motard exhausts approved for road use?
The Enduro Cross and Motard exhausts are for competition and are not approved for road use.
Which exhausts are approved for road use?
We currently have no approved exhausts.
What is Power Bomb or added volume and what is it for?
The added volume is a chamber where the exhaust gases are directed positioned on the manifold. This system was designed to increase the performance of the motorcycle.

Do you have the possibility to build small series of exhausts for special needs or even single exhausts for 2 and 4 stroke historic motorcycles?
Yes, we provide this service.
The exact price is estimated on a case-by-case basis depending on the time and material that the exhaust system requires.
However, we always need to have the vehicle on site to build a precise muffler and evaluate the frame attachments.

What products do you offer besides exhausts?
The only product that can be purchased, which is not an exhaust of our own handcrafted production, is the 100% carbon fiber muffler guard, compatible ONLY with our 250/300cc 2-stroke exhausts.
